Description
The tried and tested Wyssen skyline support saddle
has been used for several years worldwide. It has excelled
through its extreme high strength and at the same time
its light weight.
The skyline support saddle type 2.5 is designed for
a maximum saddle pressure of 6 t
(safety factor of 4) and a max. cable deflection
of 30°, which can be used for carriages 2.5 t, HY-2, HY-3, HY-4, slack-puller and the universal carriage. If the saddle
pressure is greater or the cable deflection is more than 30°
two saddles must be used together
with the Wyssen support balance.

Description
The high-quality Wyssen cable deflection rollers have been specially developed for cable
crane construction and operation, but are now used for all types of lifting
and ground pulling work.
All our cable deflection rollers have a safety factor of 5. The steel models are particularly suitable
for fast-running cables under heavy loads. The aluminum/plastic block, (pulley, sheave)
are ideal for assembly work thanks to their low weight (for manual operation only). Long service life is
guaranteed thanks to the permanently lubricated ball bearings and high-strength
material. The blocks are equipped with a rope derailment protection device, which prevents the wire
rope from derailing or being damaged. The snatch blocks can be hinged on the bracket and
the cable can be easily inserted. Various models are also available in wide versions, which can be used,
for example, to pull through couplers or cable connections
when pulling cables. All spare parts are
available for all blocks.

Description
The mainline idler pulley is used where the mainline scrapes heavily
against the ground. Heavy wear and tear on the mainline can
thus be avoided. The mainline idler pulley is suspended with two arrestor cables
on the supports and supporting mast and fixed or bolted to the ground
with an anchor cable.

Description
The terminal mast block is used on the side of the skyline tension,
so that the skyline slips
optimally through the terminal mast when
under tension. The skyline cable must not move on
the rollers during operation of the system. If there is
a risk of this happening, the skyline cable must be
secured to the pair of rollers with the
cable clamp after installation and running-in of the system to
prevent the cable from breaking. If the skyline is fixed
with a cable clamp, the terminal mast block must be suspended
on a correspondingly long cable sling.

Description
The cable tensioner is employed on the cable winch
anchor cable. The anchor cable can be tensioned as
desired with the adjusting screw and the
cable winch aligned exactly. Correction and re-alignment of the
cable winch is possible at any time with little effort.

Description
The triple pulley blocks are suspended on the terminal mast
or on the skyline to guide the mainline. In order to guarantee
correct winding onto the winch drum,
the roller must be placed at least 30 times the drum width away from
the cable winch. If the cable winch is closer to
the terminal mast, the triple pulley block is hung onto
the skyline and can be anchored on the ground.

Description

Description
The automatic clamp with a single attachment bolt, selfclamping
clamping jaws and a special groove is used for pulling, lifting and
securing steel wire cables. In the aerial cableway sector,
the automatic clamp is often used for pre-tensioning of support guys. Pre-clamping with wing
nuts causes the clamps to slide automatically into
the wedging, so that depending on the traction, the required clamping
pressure is generated for a secure clamping. In case of impact,
the cable is prevented from jumping out.

Description
The automatic clamp with two attachment bolts is practically identical
to the standard automatic clamp. This automatic clamp
is equipped with two bolts and has additionally a
hole in the bracket, through which a bar / piece
of wood can be inserted to prevent twisting
of the automatic clamp. One bolt is used as a fixation when
tightening and with the other bolt a second fastening can be
clipped in, so that the fixation of
the tightening bolt can be easily
released.
