Used Unimat attachments for carriages 2.5T and 5T
Additional UNIMAT Equipment for Wyssen Cable Cranes, independent of the terrain
Special benefits of UNIMAT:
- UNIMAT is easy to install and uninstall on all standard automatic carriages with a load capacity of 2.5 tons and can be driven with our standard motor sledges.
- When a load is lifted vertically, the pulling force on the circulating cable is only 1/3 of the load. The speed ratio between the circulating cable and the hoisting cable is constant (1:3) and does not change during lifting and lowering.
- The lifting wheel only has one cable layer and this prevents the cable from cutting in under load and from getting stuck when it is wound down without a load.
- The capacity of the hoisting cable storage drum normally allows for a load to be lifted up to 170 m and can be increased in specific cases.
- UNIMAT is a very powerful system and can be used for long distances and over supports.
- The lifting wheel with planetary gear is driven by the revolving cable looped around the drive wheel. The hoisting cable is wound onto/via the storage drum after being wrapped around the lifting wheel with a low input tension. The other end of the hoisting cable is attached to the load hook. The hoisting cable is not in the cable line.
- The control mechanism is a special design aimed at protecting the cable on the drive wheels.
